What you can return	Within 14 days of delivery/purchase
1. Unused, unopened items in original packaging	✅ Yes
2. Personalized or engraved items	❌  Not eligible
3. Damaged/faulty items on delivery	✅ Must be reported within 14 days
4. Gift-with-purchase not returned	❌ Deduction applies (₦5,000 or product value)

 

How to Return Your Item

2. Return To Locations
- Offline orders: Return to the same store of purchase.
- Online orders: Return to:

•  Phase 2, 3, Off Olaka Street, Sani Abacha Road, GRA, Port Harcourt 500101, Rivers
  

Return Conditions

1. Items must be:
• Unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (digital or physical receipt).

 2. All returns are subject to a Quality Control review which takes 3-7 business days before approval.

3. Gifts with purchase must be included to avoid deductions (₦5,000).

4. We are not liable for lost or mishandled returns sent via third-party couriers.

Refunds & Exchanges

Bank deposit refunds are sent to the original payment account used for purchase WHILE  Paystack refunds will be sent to the account details provided by the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
 - Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after Quality Control approval.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 14 days via email or phone.
- Share photos of the item to fast-track the process.
- A replacement or full refund will be provided after verification.
