Business days are from Monday to Friday

 

Delivering your goods to you swiftly and safely is so important to us. We value every single customer that's why we trust our deliveries to our carefully selected courier. It's also why we ask that your order be signed for, if you cannot be there then please let us know if you have an alternative i.e. colleague, neighbor etc. 


Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included as deliveries might be affected by these variables.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Black Diamond Luxury is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.

  • Black Diamond Luxury bears no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped.

  • If you have any further queries regarding blackdiamondluxury.ng delivery, 

    please contact our Customer Services Team at info@blackdiamondluxury.ng from Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

  • Free pick up in stores after 24hrs of placing the order

  • Customer must sign for all orders upon receipt.

  • At delivery, the customer must ascertain that the order is correct and delivered in good condition before signing.

  • The delivery time starts after order has been processed to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you.
